So we were cooking dinner the other night and heard this sound, kinda like someone knocking on our door. Looked out the window, nobody. Then T thought that it came from the oven. Sure enough we look in the oven and the skin blew right off the potato!! I have never seen that happen before. If I didn't have to clean up the mess it left behind it would have been cool. Instead it was just another mess! As if the kids don't make enough of those.

Did you inject the potatoe with anything? I have never seen that before-but then again, I don't cook very often!
